As mentioned earlier, we are offering 18 pairs of curve tracer matched 2SK3497 at 55°C for lucky owners of Semisouth pairs.

These were matched from a batch of 60 devices, so the yield is only 60%.
Matching is 4mV Vgs at 1.25A, and Vgs to 5%.
The majority of them lie way below those limits.

Price is, as mentioned, 400 HKD a pair including PP fees and Registered Air Mail (packet).
We only deliver FOB, and are not responsible for any postal losses.
Registered mail is not insured. But HK post has been proven very reliable in the past.
What happens at your end, they have no influence though.

Just to be clear.

This GB is for ONE pair of matched 2SK3497 only, intended to be use in conjunction with a pair of Semisouths for J2 or F8 build.
For the low-distortion version of the M2 Output Stage, we shall offer (later) in a separate GB for a quad of NNPP 2SK3497/2SJ618s for that purpose.

Anyone know if these were called for in Jeff’s long board rendition of the J2?

I’ve had a few pair of his boards along with curve traced Semisouth for a while…thought I ordered all the parts to populate.

I got distracted building a couple of ZM’s Babelfished J2 for a while.

I thought this was his BOM…
