Grounding In AIO Tube amp PCB

I am working on a small profile board based on tom at neurochromes work. 4 layer pcb 1sig/mixed 2&3gnd 4 pow board. there are 4 separate rectifiers.
1)5vdc fil through fil regulator
2)6.3vdc fil through fil regulator
3)-220vdc through miada reg with outputs flipped (I.E. +to- -to+)
4)400vdc though separate miada regulator

questions
1)I believe i will need to keep the -220v gnd floating as it is techinally +220v?

2)further i am wondering at what point in the layout I should tie all the fil gnds to the 400v anode ground.

3)at what point to tie sig gnd to anode gnd

4)Should my main gnd ref for the inner planes be sig or anode?

5)under the regulators should I have the inner planes be pours of the reg gnd?

Im sure there are questions I am forgetting but this is a start

Thanks to help from the ever patient and radical Paul and Tom's amazing tech articles and posts here i have made some progress in understanding.
1)5v filament isolated
2)6.3 elevated to only referenced to gnd through the resistor and cap r123 c138

All of the power supply circuits are on the bottom layer and the top layer is just the driver circuit
Reading through a keyword search of toms posts regarding gnd I think I should do
lay1-Sig gnd pour
lay2-sig gnd plane
lay3-pow gnd plane
lay4-pow gnd pour

luckily its seems to me that the high current returns are mostly isolated. the nodes of the hv connections will just pop up to feed the driver circuit where needed using vias w/ pwr gnd vias next to them to provide a good path back to powergnd.

So my main question at the moment
Within the driver circuit what nodes would I consider pwr and what nodes sig?
Then the next step is the ideal place or method to bring the sig and pwrgnds together, further where to connect those to Safety earth(chasis) and the neg terminal of the spk-out.
