Would there be any issues using something like this for a grounding block? I’m thinking about doing some wiring cleanup in my aleph j and f6. Grounding things to it, then to the chassis, instead of using the PS board.

Should be fine, cheaper options exists, for instance https://uk.farnell.com/phoenix-contact/ptfix-6-18x2-5-bk/tb-power-distribution-19pole-12/dp/2850281
Depends on how you do it.
Since the material is stainless steel I would avoid running high current through it, so loudspeaker ground should be routed to PS ground and then with a single wire to this grounding block. Same with signal ground. From input connector to signal board ground and then with a single wire to grounding block.
Just to avoid current sourced interference between grounding points.
