My fosi audio TDA7498e (latest version) is having grounding problems when i adjust volume theres some static noise but when i touch the front of the amp theres no static noise when i adjust the volume
What to do ?
The JX in the top right corner next to the green potentiometer is ground

Most of the time grounding the case of the pot is all that's necessary. Scrape to bare metal between the pot and the case. Is the case grounded? Use a star washer between the pot and case.

it's not grounded with power main but i did try a ground loop filter
The jx is the ground from the board to the case

I tried it, not 100% effective
I can still hear a little even when music is playing
On the front theres a whole for the potentiometer/volume and one just under, there is a very small part of the potentiometer in the small whole closest to the board, i think it's not touching the knob and that might cause the static noise
This very short indentation from the potentiometer i think is surpose to touch the small washer between or the knob

It's normal that when you turn the volume up or down, there is some static noise from the speakers, but once you stop spinning, the noise disappears.
It's the ground issue because the volume knob is made of aluminum, other versions such as our TB10A, BT20A have no this issue because the volume knob is made of plastic.
So fare im using my tube buffer again and with the amp at a fixed low volume i can easily turn the volume up high before 12 o'clock on the tube buffer
I just prefer the smoother volume on the fosi amp
