GRIGSBY SGI 467 (EINSTEIN THE AMP) encoder replacement help

I have old German amplifier EINSTEIN "THE AMP".

Volume encoder switch make some problems...and must be replaced
Can you help me with finding replacement?
Code is GRIGSBY SGI 467 .....9109
36position switch
Factory no longer exist but on net i find just that
