Hello everyone! 🙂
I love audio and DIY. Found this site and thought I would join.
I've been taking things apart since I was born. By 5 I was playing with soldering irons and Jacob's ladders, much to my mother's delight! 😱
I enjoy fixing the broken stuff as much as I do making it from scratch. I'm the "fixit" guy among friends and family. I fix cars, computers, stereos, speakers, high-def TVs, and lots of misc electronics.
Anyway, nice to meet you folk. See y'all around the forums.

Hi misterfixit - and Welcome to diyAudio!!! 😀😀😀
From you profile "I once stuck a fork in a 220v wall socket...."
Viewing thread - rewire Denon from 110v to 220v
Uh-oh 😱
We might be talking about this one as the Denon fork tweak!!!

I've had many encounters with my friend electricity! That one was probably when I was 2 or 3. No scarring on my hand, believe it or not.
The thread view happened to be coincidence! 😉
However, the 'tweak' does have a nice ring to it!
Eh - just plug the Denon into the 220 - - - - and pop in some English muffins!!!
