I was able to get to your website (from link in your profile (implicit home page), but the one in your sig does work being explicit), but the server does not seem to be launcing the default entry page.

i'm trying to sort out the webpage issues. i'm hosting two "sites" from the same domain, where one is using the top page (Index of /) and the other is simply a sub-directory, but i still have some kinks to work out.

Hello and welcome. Greetings from Asbury Park ranks right up there in my favourite albums. In fact, I think the rest were a step down from that one.
i'd have to say my favorite songs are from Darkness on the Edge of Town, however, I prefer to hear them live rather than the album versions.
