I know little of electronics. I can sometimes throw things together and make them do what I want. I inadvertently made a pull-only D-class amplifier trying to dim an LED. 😀 I like high voltage. I want to learn more about inductors. I very much so understand digital circuitry, but need to learn the analog side better ...
I tend to dive into projects too quickly and fix my mistakes later. However, since I'm still moderated, can a kindly modmin please move my dive-in-fix-later thread at here to the power supply forum?
Feel free to talk to me. I'm a personable guy, I've done lots of neat things. Built a potato gun, Tesla coil, BattleBot (was on the show even -- won the "most spectacular death" award 🙁 ), raced cars, and so forth. I'll share some of my redneckery if you will share some of your precision and class.
Hope to stay here for awhile

It's moved.
Welcome to the Forum. I was tempted to do a BattleBot, but when I found that particle beam weapons were outside the rules, I gave up the idea.
