I just bid on this and will probably win for $10. Looks like a great starting point for an OTL but I'm not sure what a good schematic is a good one for tube to fit those sockets.
This one has been used in an OTL. Power around 15W at 8 ohms.

Good looking design but the cheapest price I can find for the main tube it would cost near $400 just for those tubes.
You can get 6080's for $10 each. You'll want at least 4/channel, so 8 tubes. Octal base thou.

I already have a 6080 OTL. I just thought I could build something with cheap tubes and spare parts.
My OTL amp output stage can be configured to use 6c33cb or 6c19p, each has it own PCB for the output only where everything else is same. 4-5x 6c19p=1x6c33cb. 6c33cb use 24V and 6p19p use 120V for heater in series. So in schematic for Tim Mellow OTL you can replace 1x6c33c with 4-5x6p19p. With each channel 25W, you'll need much bigger power transformer with bipolar supply, +-150-170V.

Lots of info about otl here:I just bid on this and will probably win for $10. Looks like a great starting point for an OTL but I'm not sure what a good schematic is a good one for tube to fit those sockets.

I believe Tim de Paravicini made otl amp with multiples of 12ax or 12au tubes.

Hybrid OTL-circlotron?
Broskie has done a number of futterman style OTLs with additional current provided by BJT tube cathode followers.
The EL86/6CW5 triode connected has an internal resistance of about 800 Ohm (so twice that of the 6C19pi). But prices are reasonable. For instance: Euro 8,-- NOS at: Electron Tubesare there any 9 pin tubes that work well in an OTL???
The cheap ones seem to be stuck in Ukraine:Good looking design but the cheapest price I can find for the main tube it would cost near $400 just for those tubes.

but who knows ...
nope, Tim's V12 and V20 had output transformers, although they looked like otl at first glance ...I believe Tim de Paravicini made otl amp with multiples of 12ax or 12au tubes.
12B4 is one candidate.are there any 9 pin tubes that work well in an OTL???

For a monoblock 12xecc99s (12x60mA) with 8R speakers would give you about 5Watts - easier to source but the 12B4 has a peak of 120mA.
Since I have lots of 6n1p, 6n2p and 6n6p, i would look into otl with those. There was 6n6p otl headphone amp, which could be scaled up i suppose, there is thread about it.
You can get few watts from just one 6n6p, imagine what a dozen can do.

I have nice chassis for OTL also.... ideal for 6s19p with some octal tubes driver... First idea was to use classic Futterman with 6s19p instead of 6080, but this is looks fine http://www.troelsgravesen.dk/T16OTL.htm
Does anyone have schematic?

well, as the constraint is low cost 9 pin, just get the cheapest bunch of 9-pin pentodes you can find and whatever power they give you is what you have to work with - perhaps a dedicated tweeter amp for an active 2 way set up. These days there don't seem to be many cheap tubes. What about PL82? the plate resistance is high of course but wired as a triode it maybe useable with a lowered effective plate resistance. The 6c19p has a greedy heater supply but seems a good fit.

- great start to an OTL amp. But what schematic???
