simple, great sounding RIAA preamp. just made it... tone controles both in a middle. nothing needed to add or reduce, just to be built as it is assigned at files, and no regrates. after a few,my newest favorite!
if any interested, contact me by personal message and i will send pdf and LAY6 files.

If anything calls attention in this boringly average circuit, it is the frivolous input impedance of 72k. So, yes, it has to sound different.
Yes, these work very well and sound pleasing.
They were made by many kit manufacturers, Velleman etc.

Fleabay have many, even surface mount kits.

Yeah, but the ones on e-bay are copywrited. These patterns are open source and work just as well. This is diyaudio. Thanks 44250.
I’ve done a very simple RIAA along these lines here
Very Simple, Accurate RIAA Phono EQ Amp
It’s uses a single NE5534 per channel rather than the dual used here for slightly better noise performance.
PCB’s available from Jim’s Audio for about $12 including a PSU PCB
Simple RIAA equalizers like this get you to about 95% of where you need to be so they actually work very well!
Disclaimer: I make no money from this
