i like sanken 2sc2922/2sa1612 fantastic transistors. very details in high frq. last time i used 2sc5200/2sa1943 but its not so details as sanken.

yes, space2000,
those are among the best bipolar (BJT) Power transistors
anyone can find and use.
I know destroyer X (DX-Amp) have used them. He knows about Quality of SANKEN.
They are not very cheap and not too easy to find.
But buying those SANKEN is the best we can do 😉
