Good response and CR or 16.7m colors?

15 ms typical response (100% black to 10% white)

or

12.1"

CR 150:1 =(
40 ms max. response =(
16.7m color

I think I could get a controller for both of them. But to have 300:1 CR and good response or 16.7m colors, that is the question

No gaming, just videos and TV

Well, it seems the 10.4" has 15 ms on and 40 ms off typical. 30 ms and 60ms max.
So that would make 55 ms typical and 90 ms max ?
