good looking person

Yes, that's what it means.

In the original series, there is one scene in the floating city of Stratos that they haven't listed, with a young woman looking at Spock and asking if nothing can disturb the seven-year cycle of Pon Farr and Spock answering: "Exceptional beauty is always disturbing, madam."

Immediately after that scene, it turns out that she tortures miners and Spock loses interest. She is quicker at understanding that torturing miners is unethical than her father, though.

Patsy Cline did a great song back when.... "A Poor Man's Roses" (Or a Rich Man's Gold)
It was about how a plain man, not rich, who gave the woman something deep and meaningful, that even gold couldn't buy.
That translates to something lost these days - the superficiality of the human race.
And like they say.. Beauty is in the eyes of the beholder.
Ok, now go back to your babbling about looks and appearence.
