I think an update is due,
For the past 5 years, after building my first set of speakers, the choice of woofers was bad, instead of sealed enclosure, i got my hands on the ALTEC 416c woofers, part of recommended speakers from original design, and replaced with the previous woofers, and the sound was richer and fuller, but these were big speakers and after some months i had to move to a different city and logistics made me to let go of these speakers, later i experimented with tang band w 1808 FR speakers with rythmik servo sub to compliment the bass, it was very good. had it for an year and later i replaced my tangband to sony coral holey baskets.. which i have them until now, both were simple designs and sounded good. The Imaging from these tiny sony are very good
