Hello. Anybody could help me on reconnect the volume potentiometer? I don't have the schematics of this board. I reconnected a stereo potentiometer and I get sound only from a channel. I did follow the below image but I don't make sure about the board points to connect each lead.
From your picture, appears the second row of connections is correct with ground on the first connection (towards the top of picture). With output next and input the bottom connection.
If that is true and working correctly from that speaker, then connect the other in the same fashion, Ground, Output and Input.
If that is true and working correctly from that speaker, then connect the other in the same fashion, Ground, Output and Input.
