Well, I decided to make up my driver testing amp, an LM3875 into a proper enclosure, rather than just having it mounted on a bit of board. It has a 50VA 18-0-18 traffo, and is non reduced.
It measures 12cm by 7.5cm by 4.5cm, I could have made it smaller, but I couldn't be bothered
Anyone made any smaller self contained monoblocks out there?

JoeBob said:A use of a wallwart transformer would make it alot smaller (well, what you'd see would be smaller).
here is an idea. a lot of new contruction is cat5-wired. so if you put a gainclone into a wallwart and use power-over-ethernet, you can pretty much place speakers whereever you want!
and one can probably use cat5 connectors/wires for low-to-medium power applications.
