Hi All
I am just self learned in electronics. I use frequencies for health purposes. I have 20 Mhz square wave generator, but also need a sine generator with frequency range 0.5-20khz. I wonder if it is possible to do some modication on my Creative sound card to make it also produce frequencies down to 0.5 hz. They will not be used as sound waves, but just the electrical signal. I need also to put it as positive DC offset. I have CoolEdit software.
If it is not possible to do some modification on the sound card, is there some inexpensive microcontroller based sine generator that one can build by oneself?
Many thanks!
Manjit
