The swiss are known for precision work; I guess they still have to project that onto their websites.
The "Übergangsstück" must be a kind of junction between two of the parts. As I don´t know about goniometers and can´t find a better drawing it´s quite hard to say anything.

imo, it is the same as the "joint for magnetic base"
Which has the same code number too.
I worked with angle meters from early age, you do not need other than the items listed.
"Ubergangsstuck" is "joint" in this case, the part that connects the clinometer to the magnet.
joint is the same as an adapter, adapter is the British way, Joint is American.
btw, Reglus makes marvellous equipment.
