I doubt you will find any genuine replacements tbh, they are long obsolete. You might be able to configure something from discrete parts though.

Yes, those Akai and Pioneer shared some parts.

I got an AS980... the ON/OFF switch broke, got a replacement from a Pioneer part.

If "D" in those schematics is really a single silicon diode, these have serious crossover distortion

Personally i would not bother with old modules. Just install lm3886 or similar instead.

Agree with Adason, LM3886, or TDA 7293 / 94 if voltage is higher
Lot nore reliable than Sanyo STK modules, which were OEM in many Japanese brands, even Bang & Olufsen used them in some models.

Those STK output modules have no short circuit or thermal protection, so an accident waiting to happen
