Hi dabore84.
What's the status of this GB? Are the boards being manufactured or are you still waiting for more people to join?

He is on holiday I think.
GB will be extended till end of August.
Boards will be ready in days.
Finding someone at our side to have time to handle the transaction might take some time.
So if there are any delays, it is most likely to be our fault.
Apologies, but it is a hard life for my guys making a living in Hong Kong.
And this is only a hobby for us.
Gives you time to finish the UTHAiM first. 😉

Waiting for more people to join. And I also mentioned in the first post that the closing time for the GB is TBA, this is going to be changed to end of August. I'm whole August on holiday, so I am not able to process the orders then. I'm back end of August then I will close the GB and order the PCB's.
My apologies for not mentioning this earlier.
Do you know anyone who is willing to do the work at an hourly rate you are willing to pay ?
It would probably take an hour or more to solder and then functional test.

One hour is EUVL time... better calculate 2.5h incl. sorting parts, checking and double-checking schematic etc. Which is to say that it's getting darn expensive.
And assuming that the PCB is designed such that it is suitable for automation (the SHPP is not).
MoQ is >> 100 Pieces.
Set up charge alone for the production line is >> €500.
And then there are umpteen versions to suit different supply voltages.
After all, this is DIY forum, not ?

Yes I guess it is..
I have done some smd before but I think this is too small for me to solder.. 🙂

If someone in his 70's can do 0805 consistently after some encouragement, I am sure you can.
You just need to get an adapter board and do some practice first.
There are umpteen videos in the net about hand soldering SMD.

Hello.
Could dabore84 or EUVL tell me the mounting hole dimensions please. Would be nice to drill the holes for it at the same time I drill holes for UTHAiM boards. In the PDF-file it says that the pcb dimension are 45x22mm.

Physical dimensions 45x22x1.6mm.
Mounting holes 4x 2.2mm on a 40x17mm rectangular pattern.
