Look the picture in post #550. One SSLV pcb consist of 2 positive rail and one negative rail.

You must order 2 pcbs for 2 negative rails.

The GB round #3 will likely be considered 'open' for a few more months, until some momentum gets on there to get 100 BIBs or more on order.
Once it closes, then payments can be made.
