I apologise for the question. Are you going to supply just the bare boards, or with components, or a fully working board?
I am supplying just the PCB and connectors (the pieces that have the screws and you can't buy less than 100 at a time of).
Got it! I still don't see my name in the list on first page - I signed up for 10 boards
Oh, you're on there! 😎
Ok guys, this is going well. Even thought I order extras (bulk pricing sorta forces this) I'll wait a few days before sending out pay info because you can pretty much count on more people wanting in, and many think once the initial process is over you can't get in.
A quick question: I'm building a power distribution box with 8 total outlets (4 duplex). is there any reason that using two fo-felix filters in parallel to isolate each group of four outlets? Aiming to block noise from one group to the other.
Thanks
Thanks
You could use a Fo-Felix for each socket, not just each duplex. There's a piece you can break off to separate the upper and lower.
The more the merrier.

This leads to the next question: I typically power my audio gear from 240VAC outlets, using dropping ransformers connected to the outlets. The distribution box I described above would connect to the secondary of one of these dropping transformers. Since the current boards have capacitors only on one side of the CMC should you 'aim' the side with the capacitors toward the potential source of noise? In this case that would be toward the gear that is being powered, particularly items likely to produce switching noise.
I'm assuming that the dropping transformers likely isolate common mode noise fairly well.
Thanks

The transformer will help isolate noise from up the chain (your house). The Fo-Felix can do it between your pieces of equipment. You can "aim" the capacitors either way, and see if you get better results one way or the other. In your case it does make some sense to aim them at the equipment.
Far from too late. There will be extra boards even if ordering occurs. Still not ordering yet while some more trickle in.
Will the Kemet F862BY474K310ALR0L work on this board? It is 18mm long and 11mm thick with 15mm lead spacing.

Hi Jeremy,
I'm a newby here and wondered where I can find the circuit for this filter &/or the BOM, if it's available?

I’m trying to get parts together before the boards show up. Could someone provide me the bypass resister value and specs? Thanks!
