Nice board, looks like mine

The interest is too low so I will put this on hold. I don't mind deliver a batch for distribution but someone has to be in charge. I don't have any mimimum number, so 50 or 100 boards is OK by me.
Case closed for the time being.

I could never understand why people design rectifier boards like that: they are not particularly cheap, take space and you need to buy additional heatsinks.
The boards I'm using are designed to use chassis for heatsinking, are way smaller and my cost is approx $0.20/pc. 😉
They will also work with 2 pin devices, both TO-247, TO-220

Peter, your idea works also but my boards have room for snubbers and may cope with a higher current and you can also use spade connectors. In a tight spot you can have better cooling with my idea and if you really want to mount them like in your case you can do that but the board is a bit bigger. That's the drawback but if something is versatile you may also get drawbacks.

I didn't realize your board offers direct attachment to chassis as well, that's a nice option, if you have enough room.
As to snubbers or caps, whenever I tried them, they were always degrading sound, so I didn't even consider implementing them.
But I guess you can't beat my price of $0.20/pc? 😉

The snubbers aren't there for the sound. They reduce EMC.
Nice of you to offer boards for only 20 cents.

While they might be reducing EMC, they screw up the sonics substantially. You decide what's more important.
I'm actually tempted to offer boards for free (that means I cover shipping), subject to Forum donation only.

I was under the impression without a spectrum analyzer you are just shooting in the dark with scrubbers anyway , I could be wrong my wife says I usualy am.
