Hi.
Quick question. I noticed on the GB spreadsheet, it states the GB ends June 17th.
Is that correct ? Does that mean I haven't missed out ?
If you check the spreadsheet, it's not for SSHV2 but rather DCB1 and BIB. But drop a message to Tea-bag, he had some extra kits i believe.
Same here, Mike - goods arrived, no problem.
Another thank you for doing all the group buys - it's very much appreciated.

Okay, all that are paid up should be shipped. Should have gotten a notification for it. If you did not - PM me and I will look it up from shipping website.
Non-US citizens, this is only traceable/trackable until it leaves US boarders.
I have extra boards and some kits available.
Are kits still available?
Does anybody know where to find any heatsink in the same style as these - https://www.aavid.com/product-group/maxclip/one-piece
I want to be able to mount them through the bottom of the case. 5°C/W will do for me, since i will only dissapate approx 4W with the IRF.

I did not RTFM. And therefore did not connect the sense wires. With the result that R1 burnt out. Replaced it. Connected the sense wires. Started up again. And R1 went again only this time sooner.
I suppose I blew up one of the dn2450's?

That's the link (I hope it will work):

Oh, thanks for that.. although i did already order from mouser (as i needed alot more of components from there).

Most possible. You could have blown even more semis though.
Thanks Salas. I'll check. Most possible. You could have blown even more semis though.
more questions
Hi Tea-Bag,
Do you have more PCBs and kits for SSHV2 please?
I work on SSHV2. Concerning JFETs I need to know how do I measure IDSS.
Let me know the criteria to select the JFET, please.
Thank you!
Warm regards,
Ion

Ion, I do have some kits and PCB's left. Only 5 PCB's - but plenty of minikits.
Here is a good link to measuring IDSS. try to find a JFET closest to 4ma (range is typically 3mv to 5.5mv). If you dont find one, then at least write down measurements in case there is an issue later. I throw in 3 so one has a better luck at finding an ideal one, or replacing a blown one if it comes down to it 🙂
