Is it possible to use 2 sk 389 Gr. Are theese Fets in the minikit or do I have to order 369 seperate ?

No, you will need BL. Except you got some 10mA IDSS GR right at their max range limit as ranked by TOSHIBA.

Still, better find close IDSS 369BL for more reasons than the good matching of the single die doubles. Such as much more Ygfs and 3dB better noise. Else you compromise.
