Seems I don't have a way how I could fuse the amp. I will be running it from a 1000w server power supply when doing the higher power tests.

Been blasting the amp for a while, so far so good. Will replace all the PSU FETs whenever I can, but for my current power levels this will work fine.
just read what I said last, should have mentioned that I hooked it up to my proper power supply and subs in a box. Been doing 200w clamped on the output for a while.
OK. I thought you might be doing it to make less noise. If they're in a single enclosure (and the enclosure has a sealed divider separating the subs), you can wire them out of phase to make less noise (working late or cranky neighbors). Dummy loads are better long term. If you need to listen to the amp's output, you can always use a small sub on a limiter.
