Gary Pimm self bias CCS but without LND150

I would like to build the circuit as featured here: http://www.pacifier.com/~gpimm/self_bias.htm

Unfortunately, the depletion mode mosfet LND150 is expensive and hard to get.

Are there any alternatives or a way to use normal low voltage JFETs in their position with a high voltage standoff transistor?

Supertex has got some good depletion mode mosfets
They should be able to find and buy

They comes in packages: TO-92, TO-220, SOT-89
Current IDSS Max is in the 100-200 mA range
