Garrard turntable model?

How do I know which model of turntable Garrard one is if I was to explain to someone?

There is one for sale and the seller doesn't know what model it is. Pics look like a 301 but not sure.
Is it stamped on the base or somewhere?

Looks like the Vintage Type A Mark II.

There is a Thorens TD 145 up for grabs also. May have a look into that one.

Quite a nice turntable, then (I owned and used one for a while), but not worth anything like a 301. Being an autochanger, albeit a high-end version, it would be difficult to change the arm for something more modern.
