Gamut D200 clone !!!

I have also problem with getting APT20M19 for Gamut clone amp from my friend. On one channel both are burned Can anybody help me? Do you suggest any new substitute? Thank you D.

It's old topic, but why everybody talk about output devices as mosfets, when it's clear from scehmatic that those are IGBT devices?
Someone even mix mosfets and IGTBs in option list of usable transistors.
