one day, i am walking at a old market, i found a old speciality projector, it can project light but no image, i found it has last a part of project lenses,so no image,i can see the LCD panel was right ,has menu, so i got it at once, US$:190 only.
camo back home, i add a pice of lens on the other part of lenses, try all kinds of lens, until the image was clarity very much .it is a good projector!!!
i take off the other part of lenses.
open the shell of lamp,the lamp is not very good,3500K only.
than, i got these stuff, i need change it's lamp
i am very lucky. ther is a fit space to set my new lamp

What is that metal halide lamp... that would fit just nicely on my setup also.... mee wantee....?

I would be careful of light wattage!!
I would ask one of the more experienced DIY guys about the replacement light you use, as because the projector is plastic, you could melt components inside if you don't have good cooling.

dont worry about the cooling,originally lamp is 400W halogen lamp, but now that is 300w dysprosium lamp.
