My main drive in setting up the gallery is so that we can all share and learn from each others skills, find inspiration in the craftmanship of others and fuel our creative and motivational drives.

The gallery lets you create your own personal albums, which is a nice way to organize your photos into meaningful sections. You can also assign individual photos to other categories so that one photo can appear in multiple categories. So if you've just made the BA2, you can create your own BA2 album, and then add some of the photos from there to the BA2 gallery (maybe you just want to add your best ones, but have 100 in depth construction photos still remain in your own gallery and easily accessible for people who are interested). If people want to see more then they can easily click through to the album from where the photo came from (there is a link from every photo to it's source album) and see the whole source album.

I've created a cheesy but somewhat helpful video on how to do that here (it's my first attempt at ever making a video, please excuse the tackyness, and I guess it's already a little out of date!).

I'd love to get your feedback on what project categories we should have in the gallery. Mark and I agree that the main categories should pretty much follow the existing forum categories. But we'll need a great list of project categories - what should they be?

I'd suggest specific enough (Eg: F1, F2, BA1, BA2) to keep it project specific which gives room in the future to link an album gallery directly to information about a specific project (something we're moving towards - linking all types of information about any one project together).

If you have a list of suggested project category names, please post them here, and I'll add them in.
