If you need a PCB you can also get niiice golden ones from Peter Daniel at www.audiosector.com.
Or you can try your luck and make one p2p - like mine. But you need at least some experience in soldering to do so.

Well I reached a milestone, broke my first soldering iron tip, from long use, got about a 9 months or probably more out of it.
The soldering iron was like all of $5, had many other chepies, normally they didn't even last 2 days with me. Well I was soldering like a caveman back then.
It did seem to degenerate faster after I started using flux.

hmm self made soldering is a little bit too heavy for me, cause i never made such a board and i dont have the materials for doing that.
i also heard that you only can do that in summer in your garden for example cause it stinks like hell
can i use instead of the lm3875 the 3886 chip in the platin layout forum audiosector.com ?
maybe some 1 has a complete working platin layout photo (for the lm3886T) which i can send to a professinal soldering company ?
thx

Re: right decision!
Can you include the link to the thread in HIFI-Forum, where you posted your board layout?

The LMs are really easy to start. If you like you can have my board layout, wich I posted on "hifi-forum". A little practise in etching boards comes in handy for the symasym.

Only if you use the wrong stuff... mostly I just draw the pcb with a black marker, and throw it into ferric chloride, which is very cheap, and does not have stinky gas comming off it... I often sit and etch a board in the living room, chatting to my wife...
If you can hold a pen, you can etch a board...

Right, etching is no trouble at all. All you need is TIME. And a lot of it!

Board Layout
Sorry BlacK_Chicken when I am bothering you, I know the monster thread in HIFI-Forum very well and the discussion about the snubber in power supply is, let's say hilarious. I also like your Gainclone you build into an old Grundig Amp. Nice.
But nowhere in the hole thread I found a post with your borad layout. If it's possible, can you post it here or send me an e-mail.
Thanks and Pfüagott (Bavarian farewell)
