Gain pot question

I’m repairing an older PPI amp .

The gain pot was coming apart from someone else’s attempted repair .

The pot still works but 1 pin is missing and the other is badly bent to keep the pot together .

Wondering what do you use in this case to put the pot back together

Never mind I found another pot and removed the pins and used those

For future reference, #2-64 screws nuts and washers. The holes were drilled with a #49 drill bit.
