Now measure the resistance to all of those grounding points but this time measure to the RCA cable (the one that feeds the signal from the head unit to the amplifier) shield ground instead of to the shield ground of the amplifier's RCA connectors.
I read 1.4 to amp ground and chassis and OL to amp input jacks and amp to chassis is actually .1
I ran a ground from Hu to amp the Rcas went to 1.1 . I'm using cell via Bluetooth um only thing is to connect it to USB on back of Hu . I don't have an antenna hooked to it could that be an issue ?
I don't think the antenna will make a difference and if it does, there are other problems.
If you try to play music from your phone to the head unit, does it play (including the sub) as it should?
I should have asked this earlier but why are you setting the gains with a test tone?

Did you mean cellphone to amp ? Bypass Hu. Well I was going to use a dmm but the cheap one my fluke and my Klein wont work so doing it by ear.
So I ran a ground from Hu to amp and put wire around input jacks to ground and hit them to read zero . Now my rcas from Hu wrere at zero but now .8. that part is bad RCA's depending if I move then around I'll get different reading have a new pair gonna put in tomorrow morning.

For some reason, I can't get my head around any of this thread... but I'll keep trying.
Aren't you using a cell phone to send a signal to a head unit that is ultimately driving all of the amplifiers?
Does the head unit with every source (except the bluetooth) work perfectly?
The input impedance of the shield is going to be relative high so 1 or 2 ohms won't make a difference.

That's funny , I hear ya. Well I hooked up another sub and it worked so I hooked up another by themselves and it worked so I put them in the box and now I'm right back where I started
Are you sure that the subs were not moving when out of the enclosure? It may not make much audible bass out of the enclosure.
Don't think so I didn't turn it up much just noticed I was able to turn it at all . The ones in box didn't move much in the box . Just box vibrating
At this point I'm just going to save up and **** can the whole system and start over with different brands .
No worries Game Over the Hu wont even turn on now . Have power all thru harness it's done. It was about a three month slow death . Appreciate everyone's help I still learned some things but I'm fine here
Well it was switched 14v in harness fixed that problem but right where I was . When I play a tone thru the cones dont really move well they vibrate. Gonna check when playing music.
Do you have a good set of headphones that have good low-frequency response that you could use to listen to the Bluetooth signal source without the amplifier?
Does the amp work with the head unit playing something other than Bluetooth?
What's the reason for setting the gains this way?

Yes, it will play music, gain has to be pretty much off but then there's not much bass at all . If I turn up bass boost on Hu it doesn't sound good I hear it by me and especially way behind me it's almost like an echo. Tried turning box around changing frequency and slope and time delay . Got a ground isolatar haven't put in yet dont really think it will work . I rewired all the speakers and RCA jacks remote wire should be done tomorrow come to conclusion its the amp I don't have that problem with other amp .
That sounds like you have something out of phase or a bad audio ground.
Are you using an amplifier for the high-frequency speakers?
