I don't understand the requirement for the fuse wire. If it is a needed in wire form, you can solder the readily available glass fuse with an extra wire. Hope you know that fast fuses of many values including 2A are readily available in 20 and 32 mm glass fuses.

My amp has has 6 output tubes with individual fuse wires wrapped around posts on the circuit board. I need to replace the fuse wire for one tube. There is no space on the circuit board for fuse holders.

Keep asking here, and some nice older person will read this and send you some 2A fuse wire for free.
I would solder a Wickman Fuse Holder across the posts and fit 2Amp fuses or a single strand of 0.0076 copper wire will do about 2Amps. 
Are you sure the wires are intended as fuses, rather than some sort of ballasting - analogous to the 0.22 ohm emitter resistors in solid state amps? I have seen low value resistors made of lengths of resistance wire in amps before.
