I was working outside in the Orlampa area yesterday myself

Now where have I seen a pic like that before? 🙂

Even though we were 87% here, that shot was taken at max coverage, and yes the hat acted like about 150 pinhole projectors.

The ship stopped, the music ceased. There was full silence, we had night at noon. It was an unforgettable moment of my life.

If you look closely you will see some labels (paperwork materials for my job) stuck under the brim. Many days I'll stick them around the whole brim. Those pesky pinholes are the bane of my existence!

New Eclipse Picture

A friend of mine sent me this photo of the solar eclipse he saw while on the beach in Hawaii.

90% Where I'm at, was definitely a different experience. Here is a picture of a shadow cast by a pine tree.

No filter, just wiggled the camera around until I saw the images appear.

I traveled 600mi. to Anna Ill. for a total experience. I played Pink Floyd - Dark Side of the Moon but I started it a bit soon..
