Hello!
The fullbridge topology class d amplifier have been produceds for car audio.
Example : Taramps - Soundigital - Stetsom and any class d fullbridge's for car audio.
Now - i have a question!
How do they output so much watts?
Due to the fact that their size is very small.
I know that the power supply of their switch is high voltage.
But how is their power supply supplied? Because the power supply of their switch power supply is not able to supply high current.

Because i designed a mono class d fullbridge amplifier for car audio!
smps output voltage 153v+
smps mosfets = 16 pieces irf1404
smps controller = sg3525
smps gate driver = mc33151d
smps transformers (4 transformers) 4+4 turn primary and 13 turn secondary
primary 30+30 layer - 0.5 wire and secondary 20 layer - 0.5 wire for any transformer (The secondary ones are series , on the whole secondary 52 turn and 20 layer 0.5 wire)
amplifier oscillator = tl494
amplifier gate driver = ir2110
amplifier mosfets = 8 pieces irfp260n fullbridge design
In your opinion how many watts does my amplifier give output? (In the 1Ohm impedance)😕

Your PCB routing is all messed up, especially the Power Tracks and Gate Drive Signals for Class-D section. No Ground Plane either ! 😱

I agree with you.
But I tested it before and it was good (output sine wave - pwm's and... all so good)
I wanted to ask, in your opinion, how many watts do the friends of this amplifier give with these specifications? (1ohm impedance).

I have the opportunity to redesign it my pcb amplifier
Thank you for your comment 🙂

Try to load the amps
If at least it smooth until near clip then you have a chance.
I can tell you that big amps is not only about P=VxI
