Dayton Audio ND91-8 has a pretty low FS = 70Hz
It is a 3.5" driver with good frequency curve.

I find FaitalPro small fullrange drivers sounding rather good. Another option.

Well I took a look at three sizes of Dayton ND and all were ragged just below 10khz and mostly missing above. That's normal, but spec'ed as reaching 17khz -- just a breakup peak!

The Tang Band has Fs = 55Hz

Yes, but Tang Band needs much bigger enclosure, frequency response is not so smooth, there are resonances at 1 kHz and 2.5 kHz, and has much higher price (2.7:1).
On the positive side, sensitivity/efficiency is higher.

I bought the PS180-8 and the .56 cu ft enclosure a few years ago and still enjoy their surprisingly good sound with low-power Class A amps. Went together easy. Tried as sealed and ended up going with a 2-inch port on front baffle. I use with a small sub in a 20x20-foot room. Not their cheapest driver but it had the sensitivity I needed and is kind of classy looking, I think.

This driver is a 6 inch with as low as 42Hz FS.

Fostex FW168HS is usable only up to 3.5 kHz - above that is a total mess of resonances. And no output above 10 kHz.
