Hello,
Could anyone tell me if adding 4 full-range enclosures inside the subwoofer enclosure will cause any issues with bass?
The 4 enclosures have a passive radiator on the left side (or right for the 2 right full-range enclosures)
The subwoofer has about 130 liters of space once you subtrack the other enclosures. Box is tuned to 28 Hz. Subwoofer also has a crossover and is connected in reverse polarity to fix phase issues with other drivers (picture below)
The 4 full-range enclosures are slightly above 2 liters (each).
If you need extra messurements here are a few 3d model files (all the same model), should work with any 3d software (needs to be unzipped).
Speaker.zip - Google Drive
Drivers:
1.) Visaton WS 20 E /4 Ohm - WS 20 E - 4 Ohm | Visaton
2.)4x Visaton FR10 HM/8Ohm(2 pairs wired in parallel) - FR 10 HM - 8 Ohm | Visaton
Boxsim simulation File under attachments (change the file extentsion to ".BPJ").

And skip the vents for the small drivers, opt instead for smaller sealed boxes to limit excursion. You'll have to keep the crossover higher but it will sound better that way. This is going to be fine. Just make sure the bass doesn't leak into the small enclosures.

The holes on the side panels are for passive radiators, should i use closed boxes anyway or are passive radiators fine?

I'd skip them- the extra complexity doesn't seem to add much of anything, to my perspective, and I'd rather a small sealed enclosure at the expense of 40hz higher XO (or whatever it is), with the attendant improvement in power handling. The high-pass filter on the small drivers will be critical to keeping this capable from an output standpoint.
