I think this would be a good hifi candidate for a two way:

I think this could work well. Very few visible resonances and quite flat impedance curve shows some attention put into motor design.

Oh, and definitely worth looking at Ciare:

CIARE HW321 (Woofer 12", 8 Ohm, 400 Wmax)
