I have 112vdc on the speaker terminal. When I use my scope is plays a clean signal but if I hook a speaker up the cone shoots out due to the dc I'm assuming. Does it have anything to do with the pots in the pic?

If the amp is on but no signal, does the amp produce the DC or is it only when you drive the amp to a certain level with signal?
Do you have a 120v incandescent lamp that you could use as a load?
115v of DC may blow it so you might need to use 2 in series.

If you repeatedly make/break the connection with the load, how far back in the circuit does the DC offset show up?
It's on the fets. The low side has -rail on all 3 legs
On the high side I have neg rail - pos. Rail - neg. Rail

It was on the driver transistors. I was checking the card and my probe slipped so now I have a new issue to deal with. I will check it out tomorrow and report back.
