2SC3953 -E - $1.00/pc

VN88AFD - $5.00/pair, tightly matched in pairs, low capacitances TO-220 mosfet, (replace VN66, VN67, VN80, VN89)

2SK79 - $9.00/one, discount for multiples. V-JFET, can spare a few.

SIT audio drivers / voltage amplifiers (or 'low power' outputs).
They are custom made in the good old days, specifically for audio as drivers, so the part
number is irrelevant here (besides, I don't want to give any ideas to the counterfeiters...)
Case TO-3 (metal), 200V, 1.5A, 42W, good mu at normal voltages, good for 'two stages' PA, made to drive even more powerful SIT, than Sony's. Very linear, output impedance easily can be 100-150 Ohm. This is all the info you need.
Can spare a few, at $16/ea. If you want them, contact me with the quantity.
