Hi guys, I have a couple of bags of Rubycon ZA's for sale. They are all 220uF 35v, and I think there are around 250 of them left.

I bought these brand-new less than six-months ago. Letting them go for £2.20 each. Please use the email button and I'll quote shipping costs.

These cost over £3.90 each inc VAT from Farnell.

Cheers, Lee.

Sorry, but this and yours are ridiculous prices. I can get Black Gates for this.

ZAs are good, but not £4 good.

How rude!!

Also if you can get BG as cheap as you say why not let people know where from as i'm sure Thomo would also like to know!

Why is my comment rude? You seem to be selling the same stuff as on the site I commeneted on.

This is typical rip off Britain. If you search for prices elsewhere and especially distributor prices, £3.80 for a 220u ZA is ludicrous.

You should respect peoples trading posts.

If I buy components for upgrades etc I am not going to sell them at cost am I!!! Some people do not understand overheads and 'time is money'. Also this government just rips the heart out of businesses with inflated taxes.

Anyway where do you get these cheap BG from? I would love to pass these savings on.

Brent

Yes, do tell where you can get them cheaper than £2.20 please. You think I'm making much on these?

As for rip-off Britain, have you ever tried running a business in the uk? Also, can you imagine how many caps I'd need to sell at £1 to make any money? My business is new, I work many, many hours, getting paid absolutely nothing for my time as I need to grow the business in this difficult economic time.

Thanks for your valuable and very informative replies. This is yet another thread where I have been slated for trying to give forum members a good discount. You people really make it seem like my efforts are worth it. One of the moderators has very kindly deleted several posts like yours already, so this time I shall ask for the thread to be deleted. Obviously you are entitled to your opinion, but why do you feel the need to try and damage what I have worked incredibly hard for?

Merry Christmas to you too, Lee.

And you should respect comments. This is not an advertsing column which you paid for.

The ZA is a discontinued capacitor and there are replacements/alternatives at much lower prices, even at Farnel.com
