More information about Die-Noizator
A bit of information about my Die-Noizator PSU.
It is a single positive rail design with onboard transformer (Talema-style). It can output 5-36V as per LM317 specification. It uses Sziklai pair as part of the D-noizator noise reduction circuitry. Heatsink is suitable for 1A and is perfect for line-level circuits / DACs. The latest revision built up for 24v is:
I added some primary pads to make my PCB compatible with 110V mains.
This revision also include the RESR resistor for tweaking the output impedance if required (although default is to jumper with Panasonic FC or Nichicon UPW 100uF 63v). The picture below socketed for easy swapping:
JUMPERS PRIMARY:
110V connect PA to PB and PC to PD
240V connect PB to PC only
JUMPERS SECONDARY:
Parallel connect SA to SB and SC to SD
Series connect SB to SC only

An alternative is KEMET SUV10VFC:
