Hello Dave - I hope you are well. I just listed these as open baffle because they're not enclosed. Nothing more. They look like open baffle midrange units I've seen. The frame is exceptionally solid which I would think is a good thing.
I don't use open baffle units myself, so I can't give any useful design comments, or how to integrate these with bass bins.
