Do the PS PC board CRC type? Is there room for resistors between the caps?

you can cut the rail and solder resistor direct to caps feet
you need to give the feet for PCB, Resistor will be place downside
so it is ok if you wanna do like pass psu
(Just use cutter to cut off the rail, i can cut it for you)

you can take the power directly from caps feet
For Bridge Feet still can solder from bottom PCB
