It has been asked: can the B1 power headphones (HPs). I tried mine and Yes the B1 will power HPS. But because it is a source follower you lose about 15% of the input signal.
I have 33ohm Audio Technica Airs and the B1 drove them OK but at a low volume level. Not so low that you cannot enjoy the music but just low.
