I have, for sale, a set of six (6) Renesas 2SJ162 which I have matched (for Vgs) at 100mA drain current. These are unused and left over from a larger batch that I bought earlier this year (just to be sure I could get a matched set of 4 to repair my Hafler 9500).

If interested, I can supply the Vgs values. I have numbered each device with a permanent marker on the drain tab for identification.

$45 shipped in the contiguous 48.

I am also willing to trade these for unused matched 2SK1058.
