Warning! Matched pairs of k240 or j75 are really matched well, BUT for true DC offset at a rated current. The Idss might be slightly different by 1ma or two, but the devices are better matched than merely Idss matching can achieve. Drain and source are the same, use them upside-down if it is convenient.
