This is limited quantity of 100% original, genuine Vishay Siliconix IRFP240 / IRFP9240.
This is a sets of precise matched (Vgs) IRFP240 and IRFP9240 power audio mosfet.
They are matched only P to P Channel and N to N channel.
The difference between P and N type is up to 120mV (typically 50-60mV).
Measurement Condition:
room temperature: 26.4 degrees Celsius
Id: 220mA
t measurement: 45 sec.
The measurement is performed in an air-conditioned room with a constant temperature. On the place of measurement no air flow from air onditioners. For power supply I use two modified super Jung regulators made by me (in Matrix shassis). After placing the measurement transistor into socket with button starts a timer. The drain current is 220mA. The timer is set to 45 seconds. On 45th second the timer stops and Vgs value remains stored in Agilent 34410A. After resetting the timer and clearing stored value of Vgs, begins measure the next transistor.
0.1% matched set: the measured tolerance is up to 1mV-2mV per type, but I guarantee up to 4mV for safety (< 0.1%).
0.25% matched set: the measured tolerance is up to 6mV-7mV per type, but I guarantee up to 10mV for safety (< 0.25%).
0.5% matched set: the measured tolerance is up to 10mV-15mV per type, but I guarantee up to 20mV for safety (< 0.5%).
